only registered optometrists and opticians (contact lens practitioners) are currently allowed to prescribe and dispense contact lenses, including cosmetic contact lenses, under the Optometrists and Opticians Act in SG. repost on 10 march 09.
(meaning online seller without cert are not allow to sell lenses online within sg.)
